Time management of a young mother. How can a mother relax without feeling guilty?
Only in books and Instagram do children live on a strict schedule, mothers spend all day with them using only educational toys, and children sleep through the night.
You can be flexible in terms of time.
1. Plan three tasks that you want to get done during the day.
If you have a little more time, decide what you want: either relax or add a 4th item to the list.
2. Always have a plan B in mind.
If the child didn't fall asleep at the "right" time, let them do something else. When mommy wants to make time for herself, our kids motor development toys can help. The child will meet with one motor skills board or an educational toy, and his mother will fulfill her plan.
3. The smaller the child, the more attention it demands.
If it seems like you haven't gotten anything done today, think how many times today you've fed, dressed and undressed, massaged, put to bed—and even played and talked—your child. Quite a long list, isn't it?
- Delegate your tasks.
Your relatives want to help, but they just don't know how. They should only say what they can do for you.
- Take time for yourself
If you were athletic before the baby was born, enroll in the gym. Take 1.5 hours and pursue your interests.
- Baby sleep is mommy time.
When your child is sleeping, do not use this time for cleaning or other housework, but spend this time valuable for yourself. For example, when mom is tired, mom sleeps with her baby.
- Run your household optimally
You can save time and make housework easier. For example, if you're cutting veggies, you can also freeze them so you don't have to waste time doing it before dinner next time!
- Minimize wasted time.
Using mobile phones and social networks is not a particularly necessary pastime. You can minimize wasted time by avoiding cell phone use and social media.
They are not only beautiful wooden toys for children, but also a solution to three problems:
- The mother has the option to leave the child alone in his room
- Motor skills toys for kids help with harmonious motor and cognitive development
- The mother feels no guilt that her child watches too much TV. Instead, it deals with a useful and high-quality wooden toy.
Motherhood is a marathon, not a sprint. Only when we get proper rest do we restore our maternal inner resource. This means that we can take better care of our children.
