From receipt of the goods by the customer, the customer has a right of withdrawal, i.e. a period of 14 days for the return of the delivered goods, whereby the costs of the return shipment are borne by him.

Only products purchased through the e-commerce website https://bim-ba.shop/, unopened and returned in their original packaging, can be refunded.

The procedure is as follows:

The product must be complete, properly protected, in its original packaging (unopened) and, if necessary, with any accessories.

Products that are https://bim-ba.shop/ have a warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase. The warranty does not apply in the event of a defect due to improper use or handling.

The product is used by the internal department at https://bim-ba.shop/ which confirms the refund or not, in particular by checking whether the product has been returned in full and in a condition suitable for remarketing, as provided for in the right of withdrawal.

If the goods meet the return requirements, they can be refunded or exchanged.

If the goods do not meet the return requirements, it will be returned to the customer, who cannot therefore request a refund.
